After purchase, you’ll receive a free 30 minute consultation call to discuss your goals, training experience, and preferences. Based on this, I’ll create a detailed program including exercise selection, sets, reps, rest times, and clear instructions so you can train confidently in the gym.

To ensure you stay on track, you’ll also get a mid-program check-in call in week 4 to review your progress, answer any questions, and adjust your plan if needed. This 8-week plan is designed to help you build strength, increase fitness, and reach your goals efficiently. After completing the plan, you’ll have the option to extend or adjust your program based on your progress.
