After purchase, you’ll receive a consultation call to discuss your goals, dietary preferences, lifestyle, and any allergies or restrictions. Based on this, I’ll create a 7-day example plan that you can repeat for the full 8 weeks, including guidance for training days (if you do any activity) and non-training days.
The plan includes meal suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, with portion guidance and optional recipe ideas. Training days focus on providing extra energy and protein to support workouts, while non-training days focus on recovery and balanced nutrition. You’ll also have ongoing support, so you can ask questions, make adjustments, and stay on track throughout the full 8 weeks.
